[Archived] video playback failed

it keeps saying video playback failed i couldnt get a pic because it completely shuts off osu but this has happened on lots of songs i have tried any ideas why its happening?

no it said in the bottom right corner video missing then it crashed my game the video wasnt missing it just said it was because when i played it again it was fien but it kept crashing every 2 times it also stops my game entirely

i also have this issue ingame too where when i load a map it just loads and doesnt go onto level

I think Reinstall Osu! will help
Warn:All data (maps,skins,screenshot,replay) will gone when unistall.
