A friend recommended me to watch The Promised Neverland because they said that it's a great anime with an interesting story. I didn't really know the anime before watching it, all I knew is the fact that there are children dressed in white who have to deal with problems I didn't know about. The fact that they're all dressed in white reminded me of Squid Game, since they all have uniforms with numbers between 1 and 456
I had a theory just before watching the episode 1 that kids have to take part in several challenges and if they lose, they die or something, but if they win, they will have more chance to access a land never explored before which explains why the anime is called The Promised Neverland
Now that I've watched the episode 1... I know that I was hardly right lmaooo
