A ranked map needs to be at least 30 seconds of draining time, so as the song is technically 30 seconds long you can map the extra two seconds.
You do not have preview points set, which you should do. You can set it to the beginning of the map if you like but you still need them.
Consider merging the two kiai sections, as it is toggled off for less than a second.
Offset 139?

The only issue gameplay wise is that the circle at 00:28:475 appears before the end of the spinner which is a playability issue for beginners.
The difficulty does not have hitsounds at all aside from the last spinner as far as I could tell. As the song is 8bit there is not much room to use different hitsounds for different instruments, thus I would suggest doing something along the lines of a clap every other whitetick or something along those lines, or you could find custom 8bit drum hitsounds that you can use in a similar manner. Remmeber that hitsounds help convert the map into Taiko so no hitsounds means all red notes.
Otherwise the difficulty looks good.

Similar issue with hitsounds in this difficulty.
00:00:142 (1,2,3,4) this is the only time in the difficulty where you stack 1/4th notes together, so I suggest using normal spacing like you do at 00:02:850 (4,5) but I understand the stylistic choice so I don't know.
00:16:808 (1,2,3,4) maybe also play around with new combos here just like you did in the previous section?

00:23:475 NC here instead of 00:23:892 maybe?
