[resolved] Unable to add timing point in osu!lazer map editor

I am currently trying to start mapping on osu!lazer, but I can't seem to find any button or hotkey to add a timing point to start mapping. I have also tried to add timing point in stable and then importing the bm to osu!lazer, yet when I switch over to osu!lazer I can't edit the bm.
Is there any way to add a timing point in the osu!lazer beatmap editor?

You should be in the lazer editor. Look to the top right. There should be a timing tab that you can click on. When wanting to add a new timing point you need to click on any area around and then you should see a " + Add at current time", this will add a timing point at your cursor on the timeline. You can edit the speed and what not of the timing through pressing the speed and effect pills to the right of the editor.

here you can experiment with other timings and effects.
