Sadly i dont have any screenshots with this skin, but have some description.
This one is edited bacon boi v1.0 with white cursor and red&white (probably) circles. Also, in the song select menu in the bottom left/right anime girl with white hair.
Found it on youtube, on the channel of the player who posted short videos of his gameplay.
