Problem details:
As the title says, I have a problem with the country display.
Since a few days ago, my country is showing up as Germany even though I am connecting from Japan, but I am not connecting to osu using any VPN/Proxy etc.
There could be a reason causing this problem, but I am not sure if this is actually the case.
I am not looking to fix this immediately, but if this continues for a long period of time my friends and others will think I am in Germany and I will have to explain this problem to them

- My IP address may have previously been used in a data center and is often still flagged as a VPN/Proxy, So I am thinking that osu may be recognizing the country information that was previously used.
