Problem details:
Basically i set a really good score while offline and now that im back online the score hasnt submitted. what can i do about it casue its most likely my top play

When you play offline, the score will not be recorded. You can take a screenshot with F12 to save your score.

but im talking about getting pp whewn i come back online is that at all possible??

If you were online when you played, you can't resubmit the score. You'll have to do it again.
