some very minor modding:

easy mode:
01:21:647 (1) - the spinner is too short, beginners usually suck with spinners because they spin around the border of the entire osu window or just put too much stress on their hands, if you make it longer, they have an easier time with spinning it. since it will sync less with the music if you make it longer, you could completely remove it and add hit objects instead. less spinners = better for easy mode

hard mode:
basically sometimes the hard mode feels too easy, i guess i can note out that you should emphasize the beats more? like..
00:11:095 - add circle here
00:11:923 - here too
00:15:647 - and here
00:16:888 - here? maybe. if you want the speed to slow down or something as the voice comes on to match the pace, then don't add it here
00:19:785 - same goes here
01:19:992 (1,2,3,4) - the shapes of these sliders are asymmetrical, maybe you should match up their shapes(unless asymmetry was what you were aiming for)

First of all, you really need to get your sources straightened out (I honestly found the previous discussions amusing because of all the assumptions made)
Heart's Homing Instinct is what people deem as the translation of the title, in all the officials I have seen, it's either 帰想本能, Kisō Hon'nō, Kisou Honnou, all of those sorts etc. So you took a subber as a source of the title even when though it used "HEART’S HOMING INSTINCT" you used "HEART’s HOMING INSTINCT". Even then, they sometimes use "Heart Homing Instinct". So honestly, this is really doubtful, all capitals is highly unlikely from the official source.
Second thing is that this is a cover and not an original. The original is sung by Hatsune Miku. Add 'cover' into the tags. The song was released way back in 2009 in the Lovegazer album.
From 03:07:578 - onwards the supporting vocals in the background is Hatsune Miku, you might want to add Vocaloid and Hatsune Miku into the tags

The current tags on Easy Hard and Insane are as follow:

A few things to mention:

  1. Remove OSB File. You don't need it since your map does not contain a storyboard.
  2. On Normal difficulty, you forgot to add video for this difficulty.
  3. On Hard, this slider at 00:28:681 (2) is unsnapped. Please re-snap this sider.

  11. 01:39:440 (4,5,1) - Make it look like this (remember that (4) is stacked below (3)) for a better flow? Currently, the cursor movement feels kinda forced...

00:03:233 (3,4,5) - arrange like this 00:03:854 (1) - ctrl+g
00:04:681 (3) - ctrl+g

By rearranging (3,4,5), it transitions well into 00:03:854 (1) - (assuming that you already ctrl+g'd it). Test it out and see if it flows better.

2.
00:03:233 (3,4,5) - arrange like this (I also moved (2) down a little)
00:03:854 (1,2,3,4) - use 1.1x distance snap to increase space between each slider and make it look less cluttered
The first change allows a smooth transition from (5) into (1). Second change makes it look neater and also a bit more difficult/less easy since the movement created from dragging a slider to the end then going to the next slider seemed a little tight/cramped.

This way there's a little fun jump from 4 to 5, and then 5 leads into the 01:49:785 (1) kickslider which maintains the flow. Then move 01:50:406 (2) to blanket with the 1 slider, and distance from 2 to 01:50:819 (3) should be ok

02:02:819 (7,1) - bad flow here. 1 slider should turn the other way. try:
