you'd share it by going to file -> upload beatmap -> submit
for trying to go for ranked i'd probably suggest asking for mods in modding queues or asking in mapping related discord servers or forums for help or feedback. you can find some info on the ranking process
if you need more info i'd go check out the wiki pages that might be helpful (in order from where i think you should view them)
