maliszewski's new collab has a cool thing where if you hover over the players a nametag pops up over them. I'm curious to know what the BBCode is to have that cause that's really cool

They've used the imagemap tag. You can use https://skinship.xyz/resources/post-generator for an easy way to generate one.
