I started drinking two cups a day though, by ordering off of restaurants for work.

Not sure, but I take 200-400 ml of drip coffee daily. Which could be between 115 and 350.

Anyway I have been getting shorter shifts since my placement has ended, but I am still working for volunteer hours.
So my daily intake is like 1 cup of coffee on weekdays. This weekend I haven't had any coffee

You could always search for decaf teas if you do not want caffeine
