is there a reason why there is a diff with like 2 circles or something and the diff name is literally [PLEASE DELETE THIS DIFF]?

I'm gonna quote what I said 13 months ago:

First let's check how filesize upload limit works:

Beatmaps will fail to submit if they exceed the online file size or difficulty limit. The file size limit is 5MB plus an additional 10MB for every minute of beatmap length, and it caps at 100MB.
Basically how those empty diff works is that they're using a really long audio file (usually a blank one, at around 9-10 mins to preserve filesize to the minimum) and put few objects at the end of the diff to bypass the limit and extend the filesize allowed to be uploaded.

wish i could explain how it works but zelzatter already did a pretty good job
its just a loophole to get around the upload limit and the reason why its named as such is because its basically useless, never ranked* and while you can play it, its best just to not and delete it
*ranked as in have a leaderboard, loved maps can have a diff like this but they are never nominated
(trust me its not worth hitting two objects that are 60 minutes apart)
