Problem details:
The beatmap I mentioned in the title is here:
https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/49618#osu/152982 (2pp) 1,44 star

This beatmap with OD 5 is only 2pp, while there are many maps with OD equal to or less than 5 for more pp, I take some beatmaps as an example:

https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/16668#osu/59793 (10pp) 1,34 star
https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/90826#osu/246259 (11pp) 1,43 star
https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/96059#osu/257937 (11pp) 1,27 star
https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/555864#osu/1889115 (12pp) 1,37 star

I took into account the factors from CS and AR, but maybe it's still an odd calculation. Is this the first time I should know some maps like this?

Well that is normal. Do not know all the details about the system though.
All maps are different and some may have repeating hard parts, which adds up the pp.
The position, speed, and complexity all take place to how much pp a map would have.

I also compared the position, speed and complexity of the aforementioned beatmap, which is still higher than the examples I gave.
Maybe I should take this as normal, sometimes weird things are fascinating :<

I tried looking more into it (by comparing the maps this time).
Maybe sliders do not contribute to pp as much as the normal hit circles?

Looks like you're right, I'll remember this :L Sad the slider has less pp.
