I have 3DS on my laptop, it sometimes runs.
Sorry but i don't have a PC so yeah.

Serious answer:
No emulation questions allowed since the forums isn't there to share and discuss about warez and anything similar, thus the forums doesn't support any illegal activities.

Where'd that come from then LOL, and besides the gba, nds, psp etc are already out so i don't see why the n3ds wouldn't be

Yesssss ive waited years, now if only there arre more translated roms out there
Okay, consider this:
- There's a NDS emulator in PC, called no฿nds
- no฿nds uses lots of resources and doesn't run in full speed due to imperfect emulation.
- 3ds rom is about 10 times bigger than nds rom. That's mean the resource usage is wayyyyyyy bigger too.
- Even NDS emulator was still running lame, I never expected 3ds emulator to be running fine.
And,
- A translated rom (or a cracked one) is use with a fake 3ds flash cartidge. That's mean you must at least have a 3ds.

Emulation is no more illegal than ripping a CD to your iPod.
Sharing ROMs is software piracy and against osu!'s forum rules.
