You are looking at a very old osu!lazer score, which used to be very all over the place (and that's an outdated score too now), that's why the score is strange.
It might get fixed in the future either if they update all of the old scores, or after all of the lazer leaderboard scores get reset.
Although the score itself isn't necessarily caused by "lazer scoring" and more because it's an old score that was made during the time where the score submission is at an early experimental stage, if you do still wish to see mania lazer scoring's system differences compared to stable, you can check it out here:
