Problem details:
ever since i plugged tablet into computer ive had my mouse and the pen skipping and i dont know if the frames are skipping or its the cursor

Please try:
- Unplugging your tablet and plugging it back in.
- Restarting your computer
- Reinstalling your tablet's drivers. If you installed a third party driver, please try installing the one provided by Wacom.

If you've tried all of those things and are still having issues, please try contacting Wacom's support.
