Problem details:
Reset my pc tried to open osu and it says missing DLL file. Tried searching for other people with my problem but their solutions (delete the file and repair osu) didn't work. After deleting the file and trying to repair osu! it now says "An error occurred! Please check your internet connection" I do have a vpn on but even with it off it doesn't work. It isn't blocked by firewalls or defender from what I can see
