The big circle that shrinks to a smaller size to indicate the perfect timing is called a "hit circle" or simply a "circle." When the shrinking circle aligns perfectly with the outer circle, players should click or tap at that precise moment to achieve a high accuracy score.

I don't understand. Do you need help? Are you trying to teach us something?

If this is supposed to be a tutorial on changing the timing of a hit circle, I'm afraid you had the wrong idea, for that you'd have to physically drag the note on the time bar (top), to have it at another location.
Distance Spacing has nothing to do with changing the offset or BPM, it just changes how close/far the editor lets you place the following note.
Also, I noticed that the timing you're working with (BPM/Offset), is not correct, which will lead to miss-timed notes that will not align with the song at all.
Further, you've changed the BPM from 400 to 10 for what reason exactly?
This change has done nothing to the note position/offset since you haven't moved the note.

Ok, just going by what you wrote, I assume this to be a tutorial on when to click the note (circle),
as you mentioned that the approach circle shrinks to "indicate perfect timing", which is correct.
Although I'm not really sure what this has to do with the above video/topic of this thread.
The video you linked for that is rather... confusing?
Idk, you haven't hit a single note, which might be due to the fact that your map has multiple objects on the same snap (to be pressed at the same time), which is not really possible to play.

Might be that I'm going at this from the wrong perspective, if you need help with something let us know by replying, giving us information about what you want to know, clear questions for example, or even screenshots/videos titled "how to do this?".

thanks for your time and replay , no i am not tying to teach anything , i set beatmap to 400 or 10 to show the hit circle timing is not changing , like that circle appear too much early , and i cant change it time , and i was trying to show that with my mouse on my first video
, making it more clear , its like fast map circle shrinking time will be fast and slow map will have short time , but mine is not changing , it have no connection with BPM. ah,, my bad sorry again

I see, you are referring to the Approach Rate.

Yes, the BPM does not affect the approach circle, the approach circle is affected by Approach Rate (AR)
Lower AR means the circle does appear earlier, as in your video, while higher AR means the circle appears later, giving you less time to react.

The Approach rate can be changed in the editor, under setup -> Difficulty (screenshot)

thanks a lot , 1. i could not found any good tutorial on youtube , 2. is there any downside to make map using osu! lazer ? or osu! is the king for that , i am using linux so it dont have osu! support but osu! lazer have good support
Jason X
One of the downsides of lazer is that it isn't finished, many of the "life-improving" features of the stable client/editor are not yet available.
Also, you can not upload beatmaps from the lazer client yet.

For the stable client, there are many more tutorials and most of the mappers can help if there is a problem, since they're often more familiar with that client.

As for the Linux part, there are some useful resources (links) and a bit of troubleshooting (problem-solving) in the lower part of this post here, there is also this guide, which might be useful.

If you ever encounter a specific problem with the installation or osu directly you can always visit the Help forum to ask for help.
(For mapping/editor-related questions you are in the right forum)

what if i want to set each approach rate different ?
Jason X
You can only set one approach rate for the whole difficulty.

This might change in the future, but I can't say for certain if it will.

As mentioned in my above post, uploading is not possible using lazer.

If you want to upload the map you need to export it from within the editor, then import it into the stable client and from there it can be uploaded (from within the editor)

what about copyright ??, i mean after submit will it reject ?
RatCoffee
it's ok to submit songs that are copyrighted, they usually aren't taken down.
osu/ppy treat beatmaps as "transformative," which means by making a map you're making changes that are big enough that it becomes recognizably a different piece of art

sometimes copyright owners will email peppy to have individual beatmaps taken down, and osu complies with that, but that is a rare case and also you don't get in trouble if that happens to your beatmap.
