Not seeing any improvement on streams

I've played like shit ton of stream maps lately, going from 180-240bpm, but I still CAN'T STREAM FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

I know the problems lies on my point finger, it just refused to click the LAST CIRCLE OF THE STREAM and I absolutely have no idea how to CLICK the last circle of a stream or a burst.

That's also the reason why I can't hit triples. I only clicked 2 TIMES. I CAN'T MAKE MY POINT FINGER JUST MOVE!?

This is honestly frustrating. I don't care how much my aim has improved, but I MISS ON THE TRIPLES

MY TOP PLAY CONTAINS A LONG STREAM, I CAN'T EVEN PLAY IT ANYMORE

I've also done everything I'm aware to improve. Playing stream maps? Done. Retry spam a stream map? Done. Avoid stream maps? Made it worse (no shit). Play less osu!? Improves my fucking aim skills rather than finger control.

But why don't you try to be an aim player instead of forcing yourself to be a stream player for example? You know that there are other skillsets than only streams, right?

Start slow then work your way up in bpm. It's normal to be able to single Tap faster than you can stream especially at the start.

The thing is, there's almost none aim maps that doesn't contain bursts and/or triples. I can't do them, what am I supposed to do? Even if there is, you gonna need some insane fucking skills to hit those huge ass 10 seconds straight jump

To me it looks like you have a case of the yips lol

I remember I forgot how to alternate anything above 200bpm once, had to take a 1 month break so I could forget my muscle memory and relearn alternating 💀

Yes I can't hit triples, but not that slow of a triple...

I don't exactly know how to fix this, but please relearn triples (maybe). I'm sorry if this is wrong.

Improving at streams can be really frustrating as it may take months without any visible improvement (you may even start playing worse throughout the weeks).

However, there isn't much science behind improving at streams or at any other osu skillset.

Play more > Understand what's going wrong > Try to suck at that less (aka finding the right approach to the issue) > Play more

Try to figure out why you can't tap with your index finger.
Play slower maps for example, do you have the same issues on low bpm triples or low bpm streams? Or it only occurs in the middle/high bpm ranges?

If it doesn't happen on low bpm, then download osu trainer and lower bpm of the maps that you're struggling with and gradually increase bpm until you no longer have these tapping problems.

It's really important to not just mindlessly spam stream maps (it works for a lot of people but not everyone is that lucky), but to find the right approach to practice that will work for you.

Try to set some benchmarks for yourself. How many notes of certain bpm you can stream etc. and work your way up from there.
Or experiment with the way you tap, change your hand/wrist/fingers positioning for a week or two, and see how it goes.

And the most important thing is to have a good mentality, tilting yourself over improvement will make playing really frustrating and not fun.

Triples are actually hard when you're playing a jump map, I really think that stream maps are easier than random triples thrown like that
