Problem details:
semi-recently, i've been waiting some abnormally long times for my client to connect to bancho or to submit scores i set, with the "Connection failed, will keep retrying" notification occasionally popping up. i'm wondering if i may have accidentally toggled some wrong setting somewhere on my pc. do note that everything else internet-related works normally on my pc. any idea what may have caused this?

osu! version: Stable 20230326 (latest)
OS: Windows 11 Pro 22621.1702

Follow https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/en/Help_centre#log-files, play osu a bit and when you see the error open the network.log file from the osu/Logs folder and post the content of that file as a reply to this thread

Are your disconnects at all related to the disconnects from the DDoS, or when osu-web was taken offline due to programming issue found: https://twitter.com/osustatus/status/1668632011383394310

connection has been fairly inconsistent but better than before, i'll post another log when the problem is even more apparent

Have you tried a simple restart of your modem and router already?

Have you been noticing any issues when using the website in general as well, or just when connecting in game?

tried a bunch of restarts across the past few days + talked with my ISP recently with no avail.

o yea, website has this issue where it takes a while to load for the first time, but works normally if i keep using it after, then i have to wait through the long initial load again if i stop using the site for a while. it's super weird

here's a network log that showcases the problem more accurately, connection has been struggling a lot until it "recovered" just before i saved this log. i also made sure to test my internet before this osu! session and speeds are on par with what i'm paying for + i watched a 30m YT vid with 0 issues before this osu! session

yea topnet, do you think it could be an issue from their end? wouldn't be surprised tbh lol

most likely is topnet itself for being ass, as there is an entire reddit thread shit talking about how people dc and have terrible ping and so best to change due to how frequent this happened to others. although its very old, the fact that you lost still have dc issues it can still be relevant, doesn't tell the fix but only the complaints, the url:https://www.reddit.com/r/Tunisia/comments/5yzajj/topnet_shit_talk_thread/
also with RaYZoO problem the first router working fine but then switching to topnet it doesn't work without changing any setting will most likely be the topnet side. this further tells its the provider problem
