[Archived] NVIDIA Control Panel removed Shader Cache setting in latest version

Problem details: NVIDIA Control Panels newest Version removed the feature to disable Shader Cache. Now my Osu! micro stutters and I can't do anyhting against it. Even when i play on Optimal, and enable ingame settings to reduce stuttering, my Osu! won't want to run smoothly. Is there any other way to disable Shader Cache for Osu! ?

osu! version: Stable 20230326 (latest)

Isn't there a shaders/shadows setting in the setting? Can you check to see if that is checked or unchecked. Also make sure that your framerate limiter is still on optimal and isn't getting reverted to something else, even if you are sure it's not.

It's disabled by default and i didn't enable it
