And now next week we start a whole unit working on mapping your favorite songs and somehow teaching us about rhythm and BPM.
They're all doing Bohemian Rhapsody, I bet.JInxyjem wrote:
It wouldn't be that bad, I mean, how hard is it to find a BPM for a map and adding beats to the music?

Project as in... "Please explain what osu! is and how to play it?" Make a few maps... see how good it is and 'ZOMG!'5ku112 wrote:
What do you mean "project" MB?
Ha ha, punctuation... And yes, procrastination is FTW.Ekaru wrote:
You're also missing some periods and capitals.
Double-check your work, dang it!
BTW I am making sure to get good sleep tonight to pull a "up until late at night"er tomorrow, because I forgot to bring home an important sheet to get something done! I win, don't I? Procrastination FTW!

On another note I'd like that in a poster format, I'd stick it everywhere if you put more effort into it
What, the entire school's getting into it now?5ku112 wrote:
I'd hang it around my school.

You can play osu! off of a flash drive, just like anything else that doesn't rely too heavily on registry files.Munchlax wrote:
Wow you were able to install osu and download a few songs on the school computer without the teacher caring or did you have it on a laptop? Either way you got a pretty awesome media class if you can play stuff X3
Well anyways, glad to see your teacher enjoys such a great game and that he's putting something enjoyable in the lesson plan
This is why my 4GB unknowingly-osu-designated USB drive is more than 90% full. heheDaru wrote:

That's... pretty epic, dude.
Reminds me of the time I was allowed to tinker with Stepmania theming for my high school project. The end result was a pseudo-DDR arcade machine, pads and speakers and all. Minus fancy lighting, but yeah.

We're playing Unreal Tournament, Quake Live, Battlefield Heroes, Team Fortress 2 etc. during the whole lesson. :X
Great game engine. You can make really amazing games on it, using it's scripting language of course. You will do nothing using clicks, lol.bmin11 wrote:
My class worked on Game Maker (sucks if you don't know how to use it) while I was mapping. My excuse was that it is no different with the class goal and actually worked, So I was mapping beatmaps while my class was suffering from Game Maker for a month
