- The rolling mechanic that decides who picks and bans in what order will be as follows: the winning team of a roll may decide whether they get first ban AND second pick, or ban second AND pick first.
- Always remember that this is just a game (i.e. behave yourself)
- If neither team has enough players to conduct the match a roll will be done to determine the match’s winner
- The mappools will consist of 4 NoMod, 2 Hidden, 2 HardRock, 3 DoubleTime, 2 Mixed Mod and 1 Tiebreaker maps
The amount of maps per mod bracket will increase slightly in later stages - The Tiebreaker will be played with either NoMod or Hidden. Any other mods are NOT allowed.
- When picking either DoubleTime or HardRock maps, you are allowed to pick Hidden alongside
- You are not allowed to pick a map from the same mod pool twice in a row.
Date when the registration will be closed: 17/06/2023 (dd/mm/yyyy).
After this date we will send in all the users that signed up to get screened. This will take one to two weeks. Updates about this will go on Discord.

See Tournament screening for more information.
Players will have to register individually and will be grouped up once the registrations have been closed.
After the registrations we will be appointing captains for each country and give them the list of players they can pick off. If a country does not have enough players to join, we will be allowing them to group up with neighbouring countries. This will also be mentioned in the message.
If your country has enough players to create a second team, we will allow you to create not one but two teams. The team captain will have to assign a new captain for this second team and they can select their roster. If this happens, it will be mentioned in the initial message we send you to create a team.
Note: You will have until 20/06/2023 to finalise your team (this date might change depending on how long screening takes). After this date the teams are finalised and will stay as is.

Make sure to join the Discord server afterwards, this is a REQUIREMENT. This is so we can make sure we can easily make announcements.

As this tournament is a rank restricted tournament, you are only allowed to partake if your BWS rank (see below) is in between 99 and 1000 (rank 99 and 1000 can’t partake, anything in between can).
You have to stay within this rank range UNTIL the registrations are closed and we have announced that the player list has been sent for screening. Once this announcement has been made, you are free to gain ranks again.
Example: Global rank #150 with 2 osu!catch tournament badges will have a BWS rank of #132

Badge Weighting System (BWS)
We will be using BWS to calculate your rank. The following formula will be used:BWS_rank = global_rank^(0.9937^(badges^2))The badges that will be used for this calculation will only be badges relevant to osu!catch tournaments. If you have a badge from a spotlight for example, this will NOT count towards your BWS rank
Example: Global rank #150 with 2 osu!catch tournament badges will have a BWS rank of #132
All dates are in (dd/mm/yyyy) format.
