What makes a map Ranked or even Loved

So.

What would a people do to a map that's mapped good?

People vote on the map for getting ranked or loved?
How does it get deffined and chosed if it's the ranked or the loved?

do people make that desicion or it's something else?

ofc high dense jack maps and vibro maps on 7K would result it being graveyarded or loved (for obvious reasons)

Just curious because I'm currently mapping and I just want to know.

for ranking you have to follow the ranking criteria , get at least 5 hype on the mapset and then find 2 bns to nominate it for ranking

for loved you can submit a map here the loved captains take into account the playcount, favourites, the quality of the file, whether it seems more fit to get ranked, etc.

Yeah they take in consideration "playcount" and "favourites" -_-
Basically what midgy said. Anyway, you can push a 7k dense chordjack to ranked if it is mapped well enough, i think, i'm not sure, that you can ask help of some bns to know how to map for ranked, but focus on 7k bns like AWRone, kim_godSSI, etc.

Thank you ya'll so much, atleast now I have some better understanding of how the system works.

Just I'll be looking of chating the map good and also putting in hit sounds and syncing it better.

Btw thc you midgy for showing that Love tab for the maps to get requested.
