What I use to play:
Laptop: Lenovo Legion 5i
Keyboard: built-in keyboard
Touchpad: Obviously, it's built-in
Mouse: Lenovo Legion M200
Pentab: One by Wacom

Settings:
Touchpad:
Cursor speed: 5
Sensitivity: most sensitive
In-game
Resolution: 1920x1080 (fullscreen)
Detail settings: All on, except combo burst
Bg dim: 89%
Sens: 1.66 - 1.68
keybinds: QE
4k Keybinds: SDKL

Mods:
HD: Always on except when it's not
HR or DT: When I feel like it
rx: only if my left hand is tired but still want to practice
ap: when I want to practice tempo

Skins: Saigetsu(HD STD)/Neynda. remaster(no mod)/ProjectVoez(Mania)

That's my question able playstyle. Also, I always draw smile before map start

I used to play touchpad like you too until i got to 5 digit
I had 6* fc and i think that was the most i did before switching to tablet
