First, you are a good player and aren't a suspected cheater, then you claim that you cheated.
Second, you are a suspected cheater but nobody has a clear conclusive evidence that you cheated, then you claim that you cheated.

Whether or not you're actually a cheater doesn't matter because in an outsider's perspective nobody knows
Will just claiming yourself to be a cheater be taken seriously into consideration without having enough proof?
