Problem details:
if I'd give a specific date to when this problem started, I'd say when I updated my device to windows 11.
The day I installed the game the problem started simple by not going to front when I click it once and then on the second click it's brought to front, but it continued to evolve day by day to the degree where it's shown in the attached videos. in before I used to be able to bring the game to the front by force using task manager but nowadays it no longer works and in case the problem seemed to be a false download of the .exe or a bad type of file in my osu! folder I have reinstalled the game many times and from different sources, yet I'm still faced with the same problem.
it is very inconvenient, and it does really bring me nightmares therefore I hope somebody's got the keys to solving this problem & thanks!
