A: "It's mostly do check all of your beatmaps, then make a report that show what beatmap should be updated, re-downloaded, or deleted if it's necessary. This cleaner can also check which file(s)/folder(s) from your osu!'s folder should be deleted because it's not used by osu! or osu!'s beatmap. After report shows, you can do only 1 click to update/re-download all of your unranked beatmap, or choose one by one of them"

A: "It's only need to be updated, if your beatmap hash match with database's one. If the hash didn't match, this cleaner will request you to re-download the beatmap."
