This has been happening to me for a very long time and it is something I only experience on Osu. Even if I stream another game that is much harder on my system it never stutters like it does on Osu. What is occurring is micro stutters at random intervals when I play. If I stream at a higher FPS and quality the stutters last longer and happen more frequently, so I usually have to do like 720p 30fps to not get as many stutters but it still happens a lot. Thanks in advance if anyone knows what causes this.
