[Archived] How long does it take for pp to be granted after you have completed a map?

Does it take seconds? minutes?
Does it happen instantly but just takes a while update?

I had 739pp before an 80pp play (according to my pp counter) and after i still had 739

osu! version: Stable 20230326 (latest)

depends on whether the score actually was submitted, you were connected to the internet, etc.

If the conditions were perfect it would be instantaneous on the client and then a few seconds to instant on the website.

Don't use a pp counter as a reference. Check the bottom of the result screen after you've finished the map or check the "Historical" section of your profile page on the website.

Only your best score on a map will award performance points, so even if it submitted, that may be why you didn't receive any pp. The results screen will show you whether that was the case.
