[Archived] it keeps updating when i open the game

Problem details:
every time i try to open the game the osu! updater keeps popping up and updates the game, when it finishes it opens again and updates again, stuck in a loop

Video or screenshot showing the problem:


osu! version: Stable 20230326 (latest)
don't know how to check it

osu! is probably crashing on startup, check event viewer logs (wiki/en/Help_centre#event-viewer) and post them here

After looking and tracing back to other similar posts, I think I found the solution for your problem.

Try updating your graphics driver, see if it fixes the issue.
