I'm assuming you're referring to groups on the beatmap selection menu? If so, you can use Shift + the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to scroll through entire groups at a time.
If you're using a mouse and don't want to use your keyboard, you can also hold right click down and move your cursor up and down to scroll significantly faster.
