Yo, so recently, I started to go to gym and now I cannot play Osu anymore my fingers, my shoulder are hurting when I play it...
Does anyone already experience this ? Do you have some exercices to fix the pain ? Or should I just stop playing for 2 3 weeks for the time that it fix itself ?

Well I'm a mania player, so I dunno if I can help you, but I go to the gym too, and after sessions my mania skill is still alright and almost no pain

Maybe you really need to take a break for everything to settle, if nothing works, maybe try playing through the pain with the hopes of adapting (on your own risk)

Since this was recent, you could just take a break and give your fingers time to heal until you're ready to play again!

please for the love of god listen to your body, take regular breaks while playing long sessions, take a break rn for like a week or so to rest ur body, do streches before and during playing, make sure ur posture is good while playing, etc.

Also moving this to G&R but theres not much else to say here

That explains it. Everyone feels pain from going to the gym at the start, but after a week or so of keeping up the gym routine, that pain will fade away. Make sure to keep going to the gym regardless of pain (but don't push yourself), if you really want to improve.

Must be DOMS getting to you. I also workout but my arms to hurt when I play mania. You can lessen your load to reduce it but it's probably best if you should take some break in between if you wanna prioritise going to the gym

This sounds like Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). Soreness kicks in about 12-24 hours after you train an under trained body part. I would keep training tho, eventually the DOMS would decrease when your body is used to challenging that specific muscle group :)

Also remember to visit a doctor in case the pain hurts a ton or persists for a longer period than expected. Just wanna emphasize this.
