Any good stamina maps?

Just today I was playing a 4 star map, it was like 5 minutes, and at the end, my arms and hands started getting sore and I couldn't keep up with the notes. Do you guys know any good maps to train speed and stamina that are between 3-4 stars? I hope to strive to improve.

For now you should try Blue Zenith (ranked version), see what it does for you.

I would recommend more but I am not trying to log in rn. I will dm maps later because I know I had some maps sitting around.

I also played Etterna to improve my stamina because yk, tech maps everywhere. It was also good to improve my skill at tech

Do you play offline? I don't know whether you can actually play 4 stars or you actually have that low of acc and play count. So I can't really give you anything until I know where you stand.
