I basically 100% every game I play but the most significat one was BOTW 100%. Little koroks shit with their 999 little shits made 100%-ing this game a fucking nightmare.
Hmm tbh i don't have ever 100% a game before. I finished some of them but not completely completed them
A game where the only achievement was to open it.
But if you consider 100% is doing everything there is to do in the game instead of chasing useless achievements probably ever console game I had back in the day (except FFXIII-2 because of that bestiary)
If these games came out today they would probably have achievements that require doing stuff I would never do
There's also Bad Dream Coma and Fever, Fate and probably a few others that either don't have achievements, useless ones or ones that don't work
