Osu is basically just like bodybuilding you do proper warmup then move to semi heavy weights and then you just try and lift as heavy as possible for 1 or 2 reps and i know most of you will say its not healthy and wrong because if youre going for PB your form will be bad but that shouldnt be a problem of youve done proper warmup to feel the muscle tho osu isnt as deep ofc its still just a game
Now what you should do imo for fast improvement is do proper warmup then move to maps that are sub 10 missable and after that go for passes and dont give a damn about acc (acc isnt everything in osu ive seen so many people going only for acc and then theyre stuck aka a skill wall i wonder why?) Also use osu trainer or mcosu as your tool its really helpful trust me i went from barely being able to play 7 stars to almost fcing a 9* (none dt btw) in just 1 and a half years it really helps if you use it properly.
Also please stop saying to yourself and others that you cannot do this and that just try and do it everyone was bad at something at some point but they didnt give up and kept trying and look where all the top players are now... so please stop hindering yourself and just do it i know it can be boring but if thats enough to stop you then you wont make it far (rank and skill wise)
Also listen to your body if something hurts for more than 5 minutes stop (i must add that this is from my experience everyone is different so you should take the 5 minute advice with a grain of salt) your osu session and take a break and if something feels good like your technique, grip etc. Try and remember it so just try and listen to your body it will give you signals wether or not something bad or not
Well thats basically it my text is probably scuffed as hell cause im not the smartest man alive but i hope it gets my point across
Conclusion: do proper warmup then move onto sub 10 missable maps then go for passes
And in bodybuilding thingy idk how to call it: light weights into mid weights into heavy weights
It really is simple YOU just have to do it and no one else.
