Why is there white PP next to Pink PP what does the white one mean?

It means that your plays are weighted. What is a weighted PP? i have no idea; just read this: wiki/en/Performance_points/Weighting_system
I basically see weighted pp as a prevention from players farming pp too much so that they would just have to get good to go further.
