HP in easy maps is pretty forgiving, so focus on your accuracy (hit the notes at the right moment, by paying attention to approach circles and hitsounds).

You can also view the HP in each song, if you find you are dying on maps frequently, maybe throw nofail on (I know I don't like doing it either) or go to a map either with higher HP, lower approach rate (AR) or easier circle size (CS).
