I've been playing osu for almost 6 to 7 years now, and I would also say that I'm not bad. But I've gotten to a point where I just can't get any further. 150 BPM to 160 BPM I can get longer streams every now and then (20 to 30 notes when I'm warmed up) but I can't seem to make any progress towards higher bpm. i've tried everything... stream exercise maps, play stream maps every day etc... i play alternate but as soon as a stream comes in that is higher than 170 bpm and longer than 10 notes my fingers will just crook and it doesn't matter how relaxed I go to the stream I just can't get the speed right. My fingers curl or spread out in the middle and in a certain point i cant put any pressure on my finger because they lock immediately.I try to only use my fingers when streaming and not my forearm or hand. and it's getting really frustrating because i just don't know what i'm doing wrong and i can't devote any more time to osu. it just takes the fun out of making zero progress. this is my last chance to get any advice. I thank you in advance!

PS: sorry for my english ^^"

sounds real tough. finger locking is normal, but it disappears at some point when you got more comfort at maps. first of all I really need you to make a video of you playing a stream map (side angle of your fingers) to see if something's wrong outside of osu! (you can upload to streamable.com) . if I see no issues with how you stream step 2 is continue to push yourself. bubbleman also once said that he was apparently hard stuck at 180bpm but as you know he overcame it and now can stream 250bpm. it's more simple than you think.
