I think, some mappers would agree with that request, because that kind of random highlights is quite annoying, especially if you just got one of your GDs ranked.
That option is easy to add, you just need to disable highlight lanes which beginning is "/me is playing..." or "/me is listening to...".
Sure, I don't ask to force disabling those, because there're some attention whores who like this, but I'd like to see an option to disable that kind of highlights if you want to.
