i created a diff on an already posted mapset but i want to publish it as my own!!
However, it says this beatmap isnt yours, is there a way to separate the diff from the rest of the mapset?

get the mp3, make a separate mapset by dragging the mp3 from your desktop into osu, set the metadata etc, place a note, then open the .osu file from the diff you made and copy everything under the metadata part in the file. then paste it over whatever's in the the new mapset .osu file.
