I've applied all the suggested solutions in the Help Centre, restarted my PC and nothing fixed it.
Although I never touch the game files for any reason.

osu! version: Stable 20230326 (latest)

osu is not starting up, not even showing the logo in the center of the screen.

Can you please post a crash log in Event Viewer as instructed in wiki/en/Help_centre#event-viewer ?
