Problem details:
I recently got a monitor (an Acer XV272U V) that supports HDR. I use HDR for all of my games as I do feel it improves the color, but whenever I open Osu it dims my entire screen by a fair bit and stays dim until I go back into windows settings and turn HDR off and on again. I have only had this issue when playing osu. If I run the game border less, it does fix the dimming problem, but then there is a decent amount of lag.
