[Archived] I open Osu and sometimes my Pc just shuts down randomly... ?

Problem details:

I have no problems while playing Osu everything is working perfect but often when I open Osu my screen just goes black and my pc shuts down. Then it just restarts and I can open Osu normally without a problem sometimes when I tab out of the game to download a map my pc shuts down too and I really don´t know what do to against that. It doesn`t happen that often but it is quite annoying and maybe it`s even very bad for my pc so thank you for the help.


Ah if it´s important I have (but I don`t think my pc is too bad for osu)

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12600KF 3.70 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT

doesnt sound like a problem connected to the game itself, I found an archived thread with a similar situation, try setting your fps limiter to optimal (if you're not using it already) and take a look at your pc temps while playing

thank you for the advice but I have an app which tells me how high my pc temp is / was going for the past 24 hours so that wasn`t the problem maybe it was because I had my fps on 472 ( I took the fps setting which was displayed optimal for me ) still I´m gonna try 118 now so ye thank you for the advice brother 🙏
