Problem details: I recently upgraded my GPU from a gtx 1080 to a 7900xt and now Osu! uses up to 100% of my GPU while playing with unlimited FPS, which didn't happen before, and my input lag also got noticeably worse. I used to get 0.30 ms and now I normally get over 1ms, which is quite noticeable since I've always played with less than 1 ms. I don't play with storyboards, combo bursts, shaders nor background videos. I already tried reinstalling the GPU drivers, reinstalling Osu! and adjust all the possible settings in the game, but this didn't make a difference. Osu! is installed in an NVME SSD as well. Could it be an issue with AMD GPUs? Or should I try reinstalling Osu! again in a different location? I also made sure that no other GPU intensive apps were open while playing. My GPU also uses up to around 10% while being idle.

- GPU usage with frame limiter set to Power Saving (288 fps) https://i.imgur.com/NAc9yru.png. Over 50%, which is still ridiculously high for a game like Osu! I play other games like Halo infinite at 100+ fps on ultra settings and ray tracing enabled and it uses up to 55% of the GPU max at 1080p.
