Problem details:
I want to upload my beatmap in osu but i dont know how i can do this.Somebody say me click on file than upload beatmap but i dont have this button

osu! version:2023.326.1 lazer

Lazer doesn't support map uploading yet.

You can do a workaround however by go to File --> Export Package in lazer, then import the generated .osz file to Stable and follow the procedure you've already mentioned.
