Problem details:
Hello, I have a problem with the osu game. It's all about logging into your account. When I enter my login details it shows that I am logged in but it doesn't show my avatar, my pp and accuracy and I can't play osu multi please help.

This is because you're not actually logged in. Your login attempt most likely failed and you would have received an error message at the bottom right corner of the osu! window indicating that was the case.

If you missed it, try logging in again and pay close attention to that corner of the screen to see if anything pops up.

it does not work. I changed my email and password and the problem is the same.

Did you look for whether an error message was appearing when trying to log in?

there is no message. But today i tried again login and idk how i was in the toilet, after i login i have been logeed in account guest, and i can check him profile osu in game wtf. https://imgur-archive.ppy.sh/discord/762219685876858900-1088853018348371968-image.png

Please change your release stream to "Cutting Edge" in osu!'s settings, get onto that version of the game, log in there, and then post the "network.log" file from the Logs folder in your osu! install folder.

okay i change the realase stream, but wdym instal folder?.

It doesn't even look like you've tried logging in based on that log. Please make sure you've actually tried logging in before sending the log file.

nothing changed after logging in. it's still the same in the logs

Post them anyway please. Or just send a video of you trying to log in, that would be helpful.

That explains a lot more. The game is just stuck trying to log you in but never completes I guess.

Can you just try restarting your modem and router to see if that helps?

without changes.. we can try with screen stream on discord. Maybe you could find the reason.

I just uninstalled and installed osu
