Jackie from Cyberpunk 2077, also useless and annoying but the game forces you to like him and pretend he was your best friend even though you only see him for 5 minutes and he's (one of the) reason you end up with Silverhand

Technically it wasn't monika who killed yuri, she just programmed her to be more unstable and do it herself.
