I really wanma get into it starting from FFI, mainly because of an osu map (Against Gilgamesh) but i don't know where to download it

Is there an emulator for it or something where you can play the oldest FF? for the newest ones, i'm planning to play them later buying them.

You can buy it from the stream store along with the rest of the games until FFVI

If you want to play the original version instead of the remaster you can get an emulator

Yep.

I probably can't explicity say anything about emulators, but the original FF game was made for the NES so you could start there.

The NES/SNES era games (at least, from my experience, FFVI) have noticeably faster load time for the equipment screen if you played on their respective console/emus compared to the PC port. But their loading speed is nothing compared to FFIX
