New years osu!lutions 2014

With the new year coming up, I've been curious to as what other players have plans or goals in the coming year for osu!.

Will you try to SS your favorite song or complete something far out of your reach? Tackle a new mode? Map one of your favorite artists? Aim to be a BAT?

My biggest goal personally is to learn how to play and mod insane difficulties effectively. It's currently my weakest point in this game, so I'd like to be able to get a better grasp how it all works and be able to mod and play them properly.

I also want to improve my storyboarding skills as I'm really starting to love it.


So... what goals or plans do you have for 2014 related to osu!?

- Improve storyboarding skills and techniques, make more standard elements for common use

- Maybe rank one of my graved maps or two

- Save at least $5000 for either a holiday or a massive treat for my family/friends alike

I got something that I aimed last year already. (being better at HR, becoming a MAT/BAT, met peppy in real life)
That's really impressive.

so this year about osu!lutions... I think I have nothing to aim anymore = =.

It would be mostly "to meet osu! friends in real life in other countries". That's my target.

Probably getting back to mania, ranking the shit out of and try to retire again when i'm below #420

Osu-Offgame related; i'll probably get back to shitposting and see what the next year brings in.

I'm gonna passively sometimes open this game while I'm busy working on my degree and freaking out, while never actually leaving because there are people in this game that actually mean a lot to me and stuff.

Getting under 10k in rank.
Getting under rank 50 in Sweden ^^
Completing all those "well known impossible maps" like big black and scarlet rose and so on.

Real life:
Study enough Japanese to be able to watch "slow" animes without subtitles and understanding atleast what is happening.
Get a "b" in digital creating classes (3d blender stuff)
Get an "a" in programming classes.
Study enough for a drivers license so I will know all the things needed.
Get my savings for a Japan trip up to atleast 20k swedish crowns.

I think I have to many....

Rank some more maps (at least 3).
Map a ton of Taiko mapsets (from calm ones to some crazy shit).
Get enough inspiration to mod maps constantly =w=
And increase my singletapping speed (~180BPM atm ;_;)

Possibly meet some people from here irl? who knows.
